Please read this contract carefully and place you initials
after each paragraph to insure you have read and fully understand
and agree to this contract.

The puppy/dog is guaranteed healthy at the time of purchase. 
The purchaser has 48 hours (excluding Sundays) from the 
time of purchase to have the puppy/dog examined by his/her veterinarian 
as to soundness of health. If the veterinarian 
finds any major health problems, the cause which is clearly attributable to
the breeder, the purchaser may bring the puppy/dog back to the breeder, 
with a letter from the veterinarian explaining the problem he/she found. 
The breeder must be contacted within the 48 hour period after purchase 
as to any problems, and the puppy/dog must be returned within 72 hours 
of purchase, at this time the breeder will, upon receipt of the puppy/dog 
and all items given with the puppy/dog (including the AKC papers
to be signed back to the breeder) refund to the purchaser the full purchased 
price of the puppy/dog, by check or cash. After the said 48 hours the 
moneys received for this puppy/dog will be credited toward another puppy/dog 
from a different breeding at Ferris Amstaffs providing the puppy/dog is 
returned within the 72 hour time frame. ( no moneys will be refunded)._______

Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation
by a veterinarian chosen by the breeder. Should said veterinarian not agree 
with the diagnosis, the matter shall 
be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon 
by the breeder and the purchaser._____

The puppy/dog is guaranteed against hip dysphasia for 30 
months of age. If the puppy/dog is found to have hip dysphasia, the owner is 
to send the x-rays and a letter from their veterinarian explaining the severity 
of the hip dysphasia to the breeder. At that time the owner can send the 
puppy/dog back to the breeder or keep the puppy/dog and 
have it spayed or neutered. When the breeder receives the puppy/dog 
back or a letter from the owners veterinarian confirming that the puppy/dog 
has been spayed/neutered the breeder will replace the puppy/dog with 
a puppy/dog of equal quality. If the puppy/dog is used for breeding 
before the 30 month age limit, then all guarantees are void.______

The owner agrees to breed this puppy/dog to dogs of equal 
or better quality only. The owner agrees to breed this 
puppy/dog to AKC registered American Staffordshire Terriers only. The owner
also agrees to exhibit this puppy/dog in AKC conformation events. The pup/dog 
is under a show quality contract which means the dog must be shown a minimum
of 10 shows or 4 show weekends per year which ever is greater till it has obtained it's Championship title. The breeder has the right to co-own said puppy/dog 
until a championship title is obtained. The owner also agrees to finish the 
AKC championship before breeding this puppy/dog. The owner also agrees 
not to breed this puppy/dog until after the puppy/dog second birth year and 
that this puppy/ dog has been health checked including hip x-rays, being certified
 nd passed by OFA. _______

The owner agrees that they will not sell any puppies from
this puppy/dog to pet shops or pet brokers. _____

If the puppy/dog is a male, the breeder has full stud rights 
on this puppy/dog with no compensation to the owner. If the puppy/dog
is a female, the breeder has the right to choose 
1 st  pick of this puppy/dogs first litter, providing that the puppy/dog
is bred to an approved mate as per the breeder. 
The breeder has the right to co-own or hold the registration 
papers until the breeder has picked a puppy/dog from the first
litter of this puppy/dog or until breeding rights are satisfied 
on the male puppy. The breeder will then sign off as co owner
to said puppy/dog and hand over full ownership to the new owner. 
The owner is to notify the breeder as to the planned breeding of this 
puppy/dog. The breeder has the right to choose the best mate for
this puppy/dog or to approve or disapprove of the planned breeding. 
If the breeder disapproves of the breeding of this puppy then the breeder
has the right to refuse a puppy from that litter if being the first litter. 
Then the breeder will have the right to choose 1st pick from 
the next litter of this puppy/dog that the owner and breeder have
jointly agreed on a stud dog. The puppy/dog is to be registered using 
the breeder’s kennel name at the beginning of the registered name. ______

This puppy/dog is guaranteed to be show quality. The breeder 
is to be notified by the time the puppy/dog is one year of age if the owner 
has any questions as to the quality of the puppy/dog. Show quality means
the puppy/dog will not have any major or disqualifying faults as described
in the breed standard. This does not guarantee the puppy/dog to win in the 
show ring or finish a championship title. At the time the breeder is 
contacted, the breeder will make arrangements with the 
owner to inspect the quality of the puppy/dog. It will be 
up to the breeder to decide if the puppy/dog should be 
replaced. The replacement will be done the same as described above. _____

The breeder reserves the right to inquire about and inspect 
the way the puppy/dog is kept. If the puppy/dog is mistreated 
(allowed to run loose, left in unsanitary conditions, unhealthy, etc.) 
the breeder has the right to take the puppy/dog from the owners with 
no compensation to the owner. The owner will be required to sign the 
papers over to the breeder. _____

The breeder is to be notified if the owner moves, or if the 
owner can not keep the puppy/dog for any reason. The breeder
has first option to take the puppy/dog back from the owner. 
If the breeder does not want the puppy/dog the breeder is to be
notified as to the new owner's name, address, and phone #. 
The stud rights, co-ownership or first pick agreement of this
contract will carry over to the new owner. Owner must inform 
the new owner of this agreement between him/her and the 
breeder and have the new owner sign this agreement and send
a copy to the breeder. _____

The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills or other bills
the owner may incur after purchase of the puppy/dog. ______

A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your 
pup. This amount will go toward the purchase price of this puppy/dog. 
If pups have not been born and we do not produce 
the pup you were hoping for buyer may transfer his/her deposit over to 
a future breeding from Ferris Amstaffs. At no time is
any monies refunded. Pup is to be paid in full by the age 8 
weeks, if any shipping charges will occur they must be paid in full 1 
week prior to shipping. _____

Shipping charges, a crate to ship in and the Health Certificate
is not included in the price of this puppy/dog. Ear cropping
is the choice of the owner. If puppy/dog is co-owned both
owners should agree on whether ear cropping is to be done or not. 
Ear cropping is not included in the price of this puppy/dog.________

Purchase price does include, 1^st vaccination, dewormings and 
dewclaw removal._______________

pup. This amount will go toward the purchase price of this puppy/dog. If pups
